For ILTV - our mission to educate
My dear friend introduced the idea of including cultural references in this blog. I give you Wilson, Keppel and Betty. Wilson became Labour Prime Minister. Keppel changed his name to Dave and entered the ministry. Betty shacked up with Geoff.
I wish I could think of something to say about this other than I rather enjoyed it and Dave rather suits a mini skirt. (Betty should wax her upper lip though)
ALL dads do the sand dance when stuck for something to amuse people with, unless they do that Harry Worth doorframe/mirror thing or Eric Morecambe lifting a bottle to his lips.

Well f*ck me!
I had no idea that Frank Zappa and Groucho Marx were so ghey or that they started out as a Vaudevillian variety act?
Amazingly, every word that Vicus writes today is true.
Stranger things have happened.
I don't know what, but they have.
They would have pissed all over the Dancing Child on Britain's Got Talent.

I have a few thoughts to share with you, dear sweet vicus
firstly, if that's not you and dave in your youth, then it must be those guys from the 118 118 adverts (or their inspiration)
secondly, I love the little black dress that the lady in the audience shot is wearing (they don't make them like that anymore, RIP YSL)
thirdly, thank you (for the education)
fourthly, I shall dedicate my "tune for the day" to you
with much love

Living in L.A. I have far too little exposure to the arts. Thanks, Vic.
Well, who could have known it was YOU with the cell phone camera at the latest round of Mid East peace talks!
Ah, yes. Long forgotten film of an early incarnation of the Mothers of Invention featuring Frank Zappa and his little known twin, Ian.
