My new best friend

Despite competition from Watski, I nominate this as today's best journal entry.

At the other end of the scale, I urge my readers (a Mrs Trellis of North Wales), not to read the comment by Karl in the thread "Countdown to the Royal Divorce - part 2.

Well, I think we all know what my favorite blog is...

fireproof38.bravejournal.com

/(Yeah, I'm an attention whore sometimes...)

//Although we all know that the best site ever is www.fark.com, with lots of important headlines like "Lightning strike causes Iowa town to smell like rotten egg fart" and "German senator resigns after dousing homeless man with wine."

///It's also where I learned to abuse slashes.

////And where I picked up the phrase "attention whore."

/////now addicted to slashes, try them sometime!

Thanks Vicus, very good. Love the unknown germs.

Gosh, you get some intersting coves here, no?

I shall pray for you.

Oh, and read his 'Personal Column' post. I've laughed so much I have to go and have a lie down.

Hello Vicus dear,

I'm doing what you suggested and putting what I said to you in my email here myself. Is that all right?

I looked at your blog thingy today and I don't understand why you don't want me to read the comment by Karl. He seems a nice young man. My late husband came from farming stock and sticking things up an animals bottom was done
almost every day. He liked it so much in fact that it was only after being married for 2 years that I discovered why it was I had not fallen pregnant.
Those were the days when innocence truly was bliss. Perhaps you would like to tell your friends that raw ginger was generally used to eague a horse but if the beast was really lack-lustre and he was desparate to sell it, John sometimes used a live eel. Put the tail up - I should say so. Live eels - ahh - the memories are flooding back.

Must go now. Give my regards to Camilla and Charles when you next see them.

Much love

Mrs Trellis
